What we collect

Tournament registration: name, phone number, club name, gender, skill level, partner name (for doubles), and — optionally — an email address if you check the consent box to receive tournament and club news.

Visit inquiries (club pages): name, contact number, and your message.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. A session cookie is used only for organizer login.

How it is used

• Running the tournament you registered for: rosters, draws, results, and day-of communication by the host club.
• Forwarding your visit inquiry to the club you contacted.
• If you opted in: occasional emails about tournaments and club news. Every such email includes a way to opt out.

Who can see it

• Your registration details are shared with the host club's organizers · they run the event.
• Public pages (draws, results, records) show names and club names only · never phone numbers or emails.
• We do not sell or share your information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Storage & deletion

Data is stored with our database provider (Supabase) in the United States. To correct or delete your information, contact the host club or reach us through any club page's inquiry form — we will process deletion requests promptly.
